Is my transmission talking to me?

Noticed that under a load, accelerating, at the higher gears... there is a stutter/jerk type of sensation that seems to get worse if I increase throttle.
But when at cruise speed, it runs smooth. If I accelerate at a slower rate, I do not notice it.
It has been doing this for a while now, but I thought it was the noise from the roads. Recently found some new roads, real smooth, and it still does it.
I have noticed very slight Rev changes, you have to look real close to catch them.
No check engine light, and no codes displayed on the portable scanner. Fluid levels are good.

Any ideas, thoughts etc...

Sorry, should have put more info in the post. It is a 2015 Tahoe LT, just turned 130K, V8 and I think 5.3, auto matic 6 speed.
I also noticed the issue when manually shifting up thru the gears, but again with moderate acceleration.

I'm going with a torque converter that is getting bad. If it has the original setup, it's probably got the thermostat foe the trans cooler lines that cooks the transmission and causes failures.

Nope, you need a bidirectional scan tool that's capable of rendering live powertrain and drivetrain data as well as perform adapt/resets.

Look into Snap On, Autel or Bosch and figure to spend around $400-$600 but it's well worth the investment - pays for ifself in one to two uses...
