That second outlet is actually an inlet, it routes from the exhaust and back into a dead end chamber inside the stock muffler. Some people have tried dualing the exhaust out of the stock muffler and one pipe won't have anh exhaust coming out is how we found out. Maybe not all but the ones I've seen anyway.
