I live in OC but also travel to LA. Saw this ride in OC.

I think there 26s. look how much it fills up the wheel well. it takes more rim to fill up the new kons and hoes.

i thought the same... BUT, that is a pretty chunky tire on there for a 26, and i know to run a 26" on a NNBS, the tire has to be around a 305/30/26 IIRC? That tire looks like a 305/35/24. If you put a smaller tire on that wheel, you could easily go up another 2" in rim diameter and still fit in the wheel well.

Hell, I dunno, im getting too old for this! LOL
