I am looking for help diagnosing a squeak that’s developed over the last ~500 miles in a 2016 Yukon XL Denali - 6.2, ~185,000 miles. Link to a YouTube short is below. I’m not getting any squeak when revving the engine in idle, nor at low-RPM while driving. Seems to be worse when the engine’s cold, but even when at temp it still squeaks (over ~2,500-3k RPM). I’ve replaced the water pump and belt tensioner (~50 miles ago). I’ve also swapped the lifters/cam with a kit from Brian Tooley Racing about 10-15k miles ago (it also has a cold air intake and I run 0w-40 Amsoil since the lifter/cam/DoD delete).

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Welcome to the forum, from Oregon.

The slight noise I heard, sounds like an air leak. Putting performance components/parts in a 170k+ miles engine, can cause some exaggerated wear.

Pics of the truck, please. If we can't see it, it does not exist.

I honestly could not hear the squeak that you are referring to.
