Oddly enough I was just logging on to ask the same question. Except my squeaking is when the car is going forward. It's originating from the front left wheel well. Anytime the car moves up down or side to side it squeaks and seems to be getting worse. Even when I shut the door as it settles back down it squeaks with the frame rocking. I've been underneath it and can see the general area where but can't pinpoint it the source.

I was looking for thoughts so when I dive into to this I can narrow down the search.

Get some good lubricant. Spray down your shock bushings and control arm bushings. Get back on if that doesnt do the trick.

check you grill frame. i had a similar issue and it turned out it was my grill frame (where it clips onto the body from the side) was squeaking.
