A new sound occurred when driving today.
It is a squeeking, rotating sound.
The sound comes from the front left side. And I think it happens when steering slightly to the left.
It is a metal to metal sound, which suddenly completely disappears and then comes back.
My guess is the brake?
I have a 2003 4x4 5,3 LT with 50000 miles on it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Front bearings were changed 1 year ago.

(Sorry for any misspelling. I am foreign.) :)

You may check and see how much is left on your pads to see if it's time to change them.

That shouldn't matter. Your brake pads are always slightly rubbing the rotors. If they are worn then they could still be making noise.
