that's pretty loud should be VERY easy to check if it is the front diff or transfer case, it's going to be one or the other.

Thanks everyone! I put the front end up yesterday and rotated the front wheels and no sound. The wheels seemed harder to spin than what I remembered when I did the brakes and wheel bearings. I'll take a look at the other stuff later today.
