Hi Dustin,

Thanks! I'm glad you were inspired to build out your ride! You should throw some progress pics up it'd be awesome to see what you've done. I love seeing other people's trucks it inspires me also. How much and what lift did you do in the rear? I have had no issues with centering of my axle but I only have 2" spacers in the rear and if anything mine is off by 1/4" or less. With any considerable lift it's normal to have the rear axle shift a little bit. It is my understanding that this should not affect driveability or performance. If you feel like it is I recommend buying an adjustable rear track bar. I believe Spohn makes a nice adjustable rear track bar for our models. I'm sure there are other out there too. I hope that helps!
@jcsswix I understand you are lifted 2 inches in the rear above stock. On my Tahoe I have the Moog 81069 springs that are a little taller than the factory ones. Along with those springs I have a 1.5 inch spacer. I have order the spohn adjustable track bar but figured I’d see what you’re setup is. It seems I have lifted more than I meant to.

Hm that's strange. Those springs you have are factory replacement springs so if they're new I bet they settle a bit after a while. The stock springs on a z71 package Tahoe are more stout, can tow more payload without sagging, and are already a little taller about 1-1.5" more ride height than the springs on a regular non z71 package Tahoe. Doesn't seem to me that your axle should really be off center to where it's noticeable. Regardless the adjustable track bar is better than stock and an upgrade anyway which will definitely allow you to center that thing back up. Post a pic if you can when you get that installed I'd like to see it. Thinking about getting one myself now. My stock track bar is getting a little worn and rusty and I'm sure the bushings could use to be changed also so might as well upgrade!

Thank you! Here is my build sheet. I'm probably missing something but it's most of the stuff i've done since I created this build sheet:

Cognito 110-90295 upper control arms

have you had any issues with the cognito arms hitting your wheels or tires?

I have not had any issues. I did have to trim quite a bit of the front fender well out though. The cognito arms shouldn't be an issue.
