Started my 99 Yukon this am, engine was running but starter still engaged. Turn key off, engine shuts down but starter still cranking. d-c battery, starter quits. ign A fuse blown. Get starter tested and is fine. Reinstall starter, reconnect battery, starter engages without key or 40amp ign A fuse. I'm thinking the issue is in the ignition cylinder. Any thoughts?
Thanks for all your help, past present and future,
Shawn

unknown at this time.
if the fuse was removed or confirmed blown and the starter relay was in place buts stops when removed then the starter relay is at fault.
