starting issue

i have a 00 denali and it has sat in the drive the past month w a start here and there...but i went out there yesterday to start it and it was dead. I went to start and it did the loud clicking noise and no start, i pulled the key out and as i was walking back to the door it made the loud clicking noise again..no key in the ignitionb or anything...tried to jump it today and it was a no-go...not a thing happened while i jumped but multiple clicking noises...any help w my issue

Sounds like either your battery is totally dead or your starter. I'd go have the battery checked to see if it's officially dead. Good luck

Sounds like a dead battery to me also. You don't really get a warning now a days they just die. If it's completely shot you can even have problems jumping it.
