Steering wheel kick panel replacement

Anyone know where I can get a black one or even the part number?

Kinda screwed mine up when installing a light switch. Didnt account for what was behind the intended location before making a 2x2 hole [emoji853][emoji19]

Anyways, yeah, any help would be appreciated!
