I have an 02 with a steering wheel that almost looks mismatched because its so plain. Can I swap it for an o4 or higher wheel that has radio controls. And is it even possible since the one i have now has no power or buttons on it now?

Hmm not sure that you can. The 00-02 steering wheel is completely different from the 03+. Maybe someone will chime in that has attempted it though.

I've seen the aftermarket wheel that is modeled after the 04-06 wheel (With the grey wood grain that outlines the dash) But that was on an 02-03 Denali so I guess the controls were there beforehand, and it was plug and play with the new wheel. I would think you would at least be able to upgrade to the newer Chevy wheel without the buttons on it, that would look kind of nice. But as far as the one with buttons, I don't know if that would work. Maybe there is wiring that exists for the buttons, I'm not sure.

For instance, my Chevy work van has all of the wiring that the passenger van would have for the cigg lighters, and extra dome lights and stuff, but right now they're just empty plugs. So I'm saying maybe the wiring is there for the buttons on the wheel.
