Stepper motors, Gauges and led lighting

Does anyone still offer the service to replace stepper motors and do a complete led conversion for dash, a/c and headlight switches?

Where's the best place to find all the parts needed if I were to do it myself?

Check out E-Bay under Tahoe dash cluster. They rebuild the entire cluster for @ 200.
That is what I did. They added a trans. temp gauge also. Fast turn around.
