I have a2001 yukon. This problem has been going for more than half a year now. If I ever brake harder than normal, a few seconds after release and start moving, there is a thud... I figure it has something to do with the brakes,
The other day I got cut off and I slammed the brakes, had abs going and all. As I continue, the yukon pulls hard to the right, as if the brake hadn't released yet then later many seconds it finally goes back to normal.
Ive been told the fluid may be bad and not letting the piston move freely
The rotors are bad
I do need new pads so I am going to replace but would anything else help while I'm at it?
