What did you need to measure on the 4230 coils? I'm running them w/o trailing arm relocation, free travel mod, shock extensions, and the bilstein 5125 8" travel and have zero issues...truck rides great and sits pretty low. I'm curious to see if the kw coils are any lower than the 4230 coils.

4203 coils i had in years ago when i first started workin on trailblazers i did th swap back in 03 on a tahoe. last customer i had was like 2 years ago only downside not many here want it slammed.

the kw coils i can only get and sit 1/2 inch lower than the 4203 but handle much better.

**** that I want it slammed. You know anyone who makes an adjustable panhard that fits these trucks? Oh the 5100 billys ride AWESOME btw I'd do them with any stiff spring and it should ride real nice.

yah they are ok but i moved up now. Double adjustables save up do it right and they blow away the billsteins. ride is much nicer price is a lot more but lifetime warranty i sell these alot and did a few tahoes allready and much better than the billsteins

but its like what 175 for the 5135 billsteins and these are 575 big jump. Stainless steel guys love in the snowy areas of the kws though.

Damn those are dope but I don't think I need them, not like I'm gonna autoX a 6000lb truck  I'm cool with the $120 I dropped on the 5100s :D

yah thats what other customers throught until they got these in. its for overall ride not for autocrossing.

for the price the billsteins are ok just some people want a lot more ride comfort and these give it to them. most of my local customers are from 40-60 years of age. Comfort is a main priority and the its a ok ride kinda doesnt do it for me when your installing stuff.

then again i have drag racing people with tahoes that i set up and i make em hook. Im doing these shocks on my wifes soon because we drag race is and her trailblazer ss i allready have teh suspension dialed in but i want a little more. 1.6 60 foot times if i can bust 1.59 on stock suspension only shocks changed that would be great. i already have done tons of tbss rear suspensions so i know how to make these trucks hook and ride good hell even the tahoes i do.

Also im working on fully adjustable bars with spohn should be out mid summer. get the pinion angle right and also like on your truck max you can see how the rear tirs are sucked forward it will get rid of that look. ALso have you checked the driveshaft to tranny clearance. Ive had a few online customers bust the rear output shaft due to it being lowered and ds pushing back into trans when you c notch it you will be pushing the ds even more into the trans so keep a eye out for that.

Yeah my shaft is fine and the pinion angle is still good, I could benefit from kicking the lower arms farther out but I have yet to see any brackets or arms that are nicer than stuff I can fabricate in my shop. I'll buy an adjustable panhard and lcas as soon as they're out if it saves me a few days of cutting up DOM and laying out the rear. I'd imagine the arms would work well if I ever bag the back too.
