Whats up everyone...
Had an idea maybe you guys have some input.
The air ride has been converted from the previous owner, which now makes that compressor useless and just haning out. My idea is, how can I use that compressor from the air ride to maybe hook up to a tank or an adapter to fill the tires etc.
reason being is that, when its time to go on the beach, why not find a way to use that compressor as some type of air supply to fill the tires back up after deflating them for the sand. Just in the idea research stage. Any idea would be great.
Thanks guys..

Why not right... even if we had to mount a tiny tank or something under there with a retractable hose or something

Is there a way to test the compressor to see if its good? Mine has never run in the 2.5 years ive owned mine. The rear shocks were blown as well. About 2 months ago I converted to regular shocks and put on a lowering kit. I was thinking the other day, if my compressor works, i could rig up a horn or something.

Not exactly sure on the differences, but my old 2007 Trailblazer SS has the factory rear air shocks like the autoride system. On the right side of the cargo area was a panel that opened up and had an air line and chuck for filling tires. I used it all the time. It inspired my Onboard Air system I built for my JKU wrangler, although it was far better suited; Dual viair compressors, 2 gallon tank, adj. pressure regulator. Man I miss that jeep and the OBA system I built for it. I have been wondering if the compressor for the autoride on my 05 Tahoe would be strong enough. Everything still works on it. So, i've not wanted to touch it. lol
