Stock radio

Ok guys I bought a used hybrid from a used car dealer and I was not there for the sale but the wife was. We'll the radio volume will not work or most of the controls on the radio so the guy send me a different radio same thing so he send me a new amp and that changes nothing but something don't seem right with this unit and I don't know much about the hybrid but should there be a screen with the hybrid system on it.I have a feel the the radios he gave me are not for the hybrid vehicle.

So is there a special radio for my truck seeing that it's a hybrid.
If so what is the part number.
My truck has the cd player nav and the dvd player in it. AnY info would be helpful as for I am lost.
