strange noise

hey guys just picked up a 07 ltz and trying to figure out a few things. I'm getting a strange noise from under the dash. its like a dvd per trying to load or read the disc. I've searched and there are tons of strange noises, but none that really fit the bill. could be an actuator trying to close I guess. oh yeah I only hear it when the car is not running.

Does it have Nav? If so that's normal. It reads the nav disc when you open the door so it's loaded up and ready by the time you start it up.
