mine does the same thing but mine sounds and looks like its comming fom the actual brake pedal, because when i went over a rough road and looked down at the pedal it was shaking vigorously but as soon as i put my foot barely on the pedal it quit

I think this is due to an isolator bushing for the petal. Mine has been doing it for years. Bugs the Sø˙† out of me. But, its the wife's truck and she is oblivious. I'd try to fix it if I could ever get it from her.
