How mutch does vehical weight affect a street tune?

Is it better to have my typical junk onboard during the tune or remove the extra stuff..

The most I have is a bigass sub box...
But It's got me curious...

unknown at this time.
A little weight won't hurt.

:imo: Load the truck as a typically equipped with stock or option add-ons, needs like jackets or coffee if it is your thing. But not road trip load and fill fuel tank half full. That mean gauges, winches, spare tire, sub boxs in when tuned But not several bags of luggage, spare full tanks, hunting fishing gear and the such.
