Stuck bolt in jump box

There is that red box under the hood that has the positive battery connection, I am trying to replace mine, but can't get the nut off, tried a ratchet, air ratchet, and an impact wrench and nothing it's not moving, and tips or tricks to get it off?

Throw some penetrating oil on there for a few days. Not wd40 the stuff doesn't work worth a darn. Kroil/pb blaster/ 50-50 atf and acetone all work well

Tighten it first, then loosen it.

Turn harder? But have a backup plan if it breaks

Tried that didn't work, used air tools too and nothing gonna have to replace the cables going to it if the shop has no luck
