What year? What mods have you done to the motor? When was the last time you had a tuneup? When was the last time you changed the air filter? or fuel filter? Did you get fuel at a different station from your usual? Were they filling the tanks at the station as you were filling up last? Did someone stuff a banana up your tail pipe? Dude we need info. Without it we cant offer you squat. We need you to help us to help you.

fuel filter. fuel pump.

or

Fouled plugs, timing issues.

figuring out which will depend on forgetting about idle.. and figuring out how it acts under pressure (pedal down) and at cruise.

But at the end of the day id bet on one of those 4

And like he just said.. water in the fuel.. or a super dirty air filter could be a culprit too

I just bought it a month ago, I tried some sea foam in the vacume lines and it helped for about two weeks. Now it's doing it again.

Leaky intake gasket?
It sounds like mine.. I still need to get that taken cared of. It runs worst in the winter, or whenever it gets cold. Down the road, it has no problems but at idle the rpms go up and down. My ses light comes on also.

I have never had a light of any kind come on, I scanned it yesterday, and it doesn't have any codes in the history either.

I would check to make sure the vacuum lines are on and not leaking. Then pull a plug to make sure its not fouled up.
