Stumble at idle

take ur intake hose off and flip the butterfly down in ur throttle body and run ur finger on the inside side of the butterfly and see if any build up has accumulated... if so clean it and also clean ur mass air flow sensor..... but if the throttle body is gunked up, more than likely ur idle air control valve is gunked up as well... it would be worth a shot in my opinion especially since u said after u sea foamed it things were all good for a couple of weeks....

My '03 developed a hunting idle problem a while back where the RPMs would drop down then go back up, etc. It would only do it when it was warmed up and right after I started it, once I got going it would be fine.

I ended up cleaning my throttle body and it fixed the problem.
