Before anyone starts let me say a few things

1 - Hello I'm Jon and I'm new here
2 - I left other forums due to what I call "old man'isms" meaning old farts who couldn't look past their own failures and help other succeed
3 - It's my car but opinions and thoughts are welcome
4 - 2011 Chevy Suburban 4x4 Silver, SST hybrid lift, 2016 Silverado rims and tires, LED's everywhere I could - WIFE's CAR
5 - Old Cali limo with 5 gallon aux tanked that automatically switches to when put in Park

OK so let's do this,

I bought and successfully installed 2009 Tahoe Hybrid LED tails with no mods done or needed. They were straight plug and play. Now as many if not all know, I searched, the appliques are shaped quite different. What I need/want is a pic or diagram of how they are screwed on the Hybrids. I have asked a few dealers and they said to buy the truck lol.

I can buy them unpainted for $60 each but don't want more car parts laying around that I cant use. If the holes are close I can make it work.

Also I know the glass is different too and that does not phase me as I have practically glues mine shut so it would never rattle again.

Pics belowIMG_4447.JPG IMG_1350.JPG IMG_4585.JPGThanks for reading.

Welcome. I don't have the answer to your questions, but do like those LED pods in front and the stance looks good too.

Thanks Fosscore. The front is just over 1/2'' lower than the rear and we are looking to correct that when we do the KO 2's next year. Probably keep the silverado rims unless we can find a deal on Denali gunmetal rims. The pods and bar are Rigid LED's we took off the last silverado we owned and work great for the county roads. Looking to add the plasma tube headlights once done with the tails.

Appliques are mounted the exact same way as yours are. They do interchange.

Love the stance, I want mine to be that height. What is your tire size and fender height if you don't mind?

Just to be sure I'm talking about the black piece below. The silver is me and the black is the hybrid version.

Bad pic but it shows they work atleast, right?

Michael, they are 18'' stock Silverado LT rims wrapped with 265/65R18.
1/4 tank with no cargo 37.5'' Front / 39.0'' Rear
Full tank with no cargo 37.5 Front / 38.25'' Rear
Full tank 5 peeps and RC cars 37'' Front / 37.25 Rear

Running Readylift SST kit SKU: 69-3015

The wife and i love them. Fit perfect no issues. Spoiler gap is noticeable but only from top view, but I'll correct later on.
Next it's the hybrid rear bumper then Z71 front end and flares. Should box up the Burb pretty well.

Glad they fit pretty good other than the spoiler gap, that no one else will ever notice but on the TYF. Just curious, why the departure from color matched to add that black applique'? I like the black look from the back, but wonder about the continuity from the profile shot? As always our trucks are individual and what we do it our choice, just asking to see your reasoning. Still like that stance adn once those KO2s go on it will be pretty damn mean looking.

You in PHX or TUS? My parents and brothers still live in Prescott and I went to school at UA.
