Crazy Stuff on my 08 Hybrid Tahoe - Revs up and Dies

another hybrid owner that's not a member here said to check the wiring harnesses that bolts to the drivers side head. the metal bracket is like a knife that can cut thru the harness and ground out some wires. the blown fuse it had makes him think that.
his truck did it too.
