"Suspension Issues"

I bought about two months ago a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali, first I did installed a 1.5" lift at front, all good , no weird noises nor anything worng., BUT when I crank the engine it show the "suspension failure" notice on dash, and y´all know that is a killer in front of any dirver... is there anything I can do to delete/forget/bypass that signal???

Pics of the truck, please.

First check to see that the electrical connectors going into the top of the front struts are clean and tight. Next, check to see that the connectors on the front level control actuators are clean and tight. It is possible that you disturbed them, when you installed the front lift.

Last, purchase a quality bi-directional scanner that is capable of reading deep codes, and chances are that it will point you directly to the source of your issue.

Did you install brackets for the sensors? If not, that will throw a code for sure. There should have been small brackets to drop the sensor arms down so they are in the correct location.
