Swaping stock water pump to 2003 Corvette water pump

I am researching replacing my 2003 Tahoe's water pump with one meant for a 2003 Corvette, along with the ICT Billet spacer to allow it to line up with the Tahoe drive belt and the Corvette tensioner. Since I have switched to electric fans I want to add a throttle body spacer, but the upper hose location is stopping me. The upper hose from the Vette pump come straight out the front. Anyone see a flaw in my thought process? This is also in readying the Tahoe for a LM7 450hp swap and if I go to a larger throttle body and intake plenum lead to the same issue as the spacer.

Personally id leave the truck water pump on, ditch the throttle body spacer and pick up a NNBS/TBSS intake setup with an X link. Proven power with no clearance issues.

Throttle body spacers are worthless so don’t waste your time.
