My 2009 Suburban and my brother's 07 Tahoe break the sway bar links constantly.
Both trucks have stock suspensions and stock height Bilstiens. It didn't only start happening with the shocks. We replace the sway bar links almost with every oil change.
We've tried GM, Moog, Energy Suspension... All of them have 3/8" bolts. The GM ones are total garbage.

I'm thinking of getting some 7/16 bolts and drilling the cup washers and bushings to fit. Anyone seen any other solutions?

I've never heard of this issue and am curious to know if others see this as well.

Both my front left and front right end links are broken as well. is it very hard to replace them? Does the truck have to be jacked up or can you just turn the wheels to reach?

They're very easy to replace. I do it with the truck on ramps so the suspension is loaded.
