So a friend of mine called me from a local car show and said there was a guy selling some 22's. I picked these up for $500. Not the offset that I want, but I couldn't pass them. I will be replacing the tires because they are way to wide. They are currently 305-45-22 on a 9" wide tire...i'm rubbing all over. I'm thinking a 275-45-22. That tire should put me back very close to the same tire height as before. Question is, will a 265 series tire work?

Does anybody have pictures with lower tahoe/yukon specifically with 22s with a 275-45-22 or a 275-40-22 or 265-40-22? I want to see how they look.

One question, I am trying to make sense of the TPMS. I am going to buy new ones, but can't figure out which ones to buy (part number). I see all kinds on ebay. Can anybody help me out with this info?

If your thinking of downgrading a bit, try the 285/45/22 that's the same size the OEM Esky wheels come with. 275 are going to look way to off IMO. And don't get me started on the 265. I had a charger with 265 and the rim stuck out.

285 40 22 is going to be your best bet.

07 is a tricky year for the gms. some have the steel tpms stem sensors, some have rubber. either way, i believe it is basically the same sensor. get this kind
gm-factory-oem-tpms-tire-pressure-sensors-siverado-sierra-tahoe-yukon-escalade-and-truck-parts-brand-the-number-truck-parts-wheels-ad-4721.jpg

and you'll be alright. most of them are 2007+ sensors, just google search around to find a good price that isn't sketchy. sensor learn procedure is in your manual. don't feel like typing it out.

We sell tpms sensors for your Tahoe.

I'd also run 285/45/22 if that is indeed a 22x9. It's ideal size.

I think I am leaning more to the 285's...the 305's rub way too much for my liking. i saw that 285's come on the esky so i think i'll go that way.
