Sweet Smell

I was driving home tonight when all of a sudden I smelled the sweetness of antifreeze , windows started to fog up as well, now im i correct in thinking im in need of a new heater core? no wetness on pass side of the floor , coolant in tank looked little low . also if that is true how difficult is it and is there somewhere i can find a manual online ? this is a 2000 yukon xl.

I hope it's not the heater core because you have to take the whole dash apart to do it. It's comes out the top of the dash on the passenger side.

maybe you will be lucky, and it's just the fitting by the firewall spraying coolant inside.

man i hope not as well. just saw a youtube on the replacement dang. what a ordeal. checking to see what going on now to see what is the deal. im so hoping it is not a heater core
