But my friend has the same car Tahoe , its not like that
When reach 4000rpm there is no hesitation

@StephenPT is correct, it is a rev limiter. Is your friends Tahoe the same year? The same engine. Had any tune work done? Plus, what made you rev to 4000 rpm while in park or neutral and hold it there long enough to have all this happen?

Exactly - what's the point in reving it beyond 4K rpm? Are you trying to achieve something by doing this? If it runs fine when you're driving it and can go above 4K rpm when it's going through its gears without hesitation/issue, then don't worry about it.

I really don't understand some people's thinking with a situation like this. It's like they want to damage something because someone else's rig does this or that. Oh well. it's not my vehicle, it's just an answer to a question he/she asked. What they do with that info is up to them.

All of u are right , but the point is that i have changed my engine 3 days ago , and im checking all things,
the engine is under guarantee and i want to check all the parameters
