Tahoe 2017 premier memory seat issue

Dear all , i have issue with my tahoe no more saving savings memory, i press set +1 or 2 but not savings or give any sound like before i think there is open circuit , i try to use my scan tools but no fault code, can any one give me the duagram for this things
