tahoe got broken in to :(

so my tahoe was broken in to while i was away they took my pioneer z130bt double din now everytime i start the truck the theftlock light stays on could this be because i have no radio currently installed the funny thing is when i remote start the truck the light doesnt stay on i assume this is the bypass module doing this
so im hoping when i put my factory radio back in the light will go off

any info would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear about ur loss but its probably happening because of the missing or damaged harness. Since ur onstar and chimes usually work thru the radio if its missing the harness that helps substitute the stock radio that probably what triggering that anti-theft light
