After living in NJ for 20 years, I can certainly attest to that. However, every state that I've lived in, or traveled through, has their fair share, as well.

Don’t you guys know there’s only two types of drivers- idiots and assholes. Idiots are everybody driving slower than you, and assholes are everybody driving faster than you. Edit: they’re actually assholes who became idiots because first they were going faster than you in order to get in front of you (*******) then they became idiots because now they’re going slower than you, holding you up.
