I have a 1996 Tahoe 5.7 vortec when I checked the DTC, there is a permanent trouble code p0011, this is not illuminating the SES light, but I used proscan software to check the ignition advance and found the advance to be -22 at tick over changing to 0 at 2700 rpm does this sound about right or is this over advanced ?
Also what is the difference between a permanent trouble code and stored trouble code.
