I know this is a dumb question but what does DRL stand for? Day Running Lights? I'm going to have to do this mod, I really hate the yellow lights that stay on when the low beams aren't on...

Yes they are Daytime running lights. They turn on only when its sunny out and before a certain time in the evening. And yes the stock DRL is ugly and I just don't like yellow lights unless its in the car (and that's only because all the white interior LEDs out there are way to harsh on the eye for interior lights, almost like having a fluorescent light in a bedroom:emotions122:)
You will have to do a resistor mod in the wiring of the DRL to get LEDs because the GM DRL lights have a pulsating voltage that spikes so high at times it blows LED bulbs, happened to me 3 times before I decided to install resistors.

What did you do with your 3rd brake light to make it clear like that? it looks great

Its an aftermarket LED 3rd brake light, only ran like $80 a bit over a year ago when I microwaved my old IPCW LED brake light.

Yes those are the right ones. The resistors go in the wiring for the DRLs. Go to www.autolumination.com and buy the LED protectors, which are resistors with wire on them.
They will come with quick connects, use those to reconnect the DRL wire after you cut it in half. The DRL wire is the one connecting to the base of the DRL bulb that is blue.
