if i recall, there are slots that the tabs insert into...when you remove, you have several visible slots across the lower front bumper that would need to be trimmed off

actually looking at better pics, these tabs go up, not in...so it may look more like a Z71 for these years...

Appreciate all the info here. Read through the entirety twice , and the corresponding links.
My lower valance has Unfortunately ripped on both corners ( ripped loose from the screws). Going to replace it with the PPV. Have tried pulling the rest of it off, but have struggled with the middle screws being tough to access. For those that have replaced (and not cut), do you remove the outer/accessible screws and then just pop the hard ones to get off with a rivet tool? Or do you have to completely remove all the screws somehow? Hoping to remove the accessible screws for the removal and re-install, and then just pop the cover off/on the hard to get rivets/studs.

If you get no response try a Google search on how to replace, I know several on here have changed to PPV and there is a post. Good luck and hope you get it taken care of.

Unfortunately you have to unscrew all the screws. Total Pain in the butt. Wish I would’ve found this thread before I ripped the corners on mine off….
