You can always press the OnStar button to see if someone answers. Since we’re tossing darts and hoping we hit something, you unplugged the brake controller. Can you remove it?
I checked if there was an easy unclip cable running into the back of the brake controller but it seems to be hard wired in, I’ve had the fuse removed so no power is going to the brake controller but the car still chirps.

I’ve clicked the onstar button and it definitely starts to talk about some random stuff, should I double press it to see if I can get someone on the phone?

There is a white dot button next to the onstar button I believe it’s a phone button? I’ve pressed it and it tries to get me to call somebody? What is this button for?

I think that’s where the phone button used to be. It works via OnStar. Go ahead and get them to come on the line. It doesn’t cost anything.
