Tahoe Small Push Bumper

Hey all, anyone know what make/model the push bumper in the below photo is?

I'm looking for a smaller push bumper such as that for my Tahoe due to having emergency lights installed in the upper portion of the grill. At least with this they won't be blocked, and it's still operational.

Looks like possibly an older Setina PB300 or PB400. We had two different heights on our Expeditions, I remember they screwed up and put one that was too low on one of our new vehicles and it completely blocked the grille lights. They ended up just moving the lights higher up.
