I already took the yukon and gmc badges off, but now I want to take the other big door molding off.
Do I just use the same method with a heat gun and goo off?

Yeah they Are alittle tough to get off but you will get it. Get and eraser wheel to from napa and it will get that adhesive off in no time

X2 on the eraser wheel. Greatest thing since "Goof-Off".

Question, though. What's the next step to get rid of the ghost image?

By hand enough? Or, will it take using a power tool?

I did mine by hand only, and got most of it away. Sooner or later this week I'm just gonna get it detailed and have em buff the rest of it away. It's not that not bad at all tho.

I took my drivers side moldings today, took me like 2 hours to get all that double sided tape off. And the irony of it was the molding was covering a big dent that my previous owner decided to hide.... BUMBED!!!
Goin to tackle the passenger side tomorrow
