TBI valve cover torque specs

Picked up a set of Proform valve covers, if it doesn't have specs to torque them down, what are the torque specs for stock valve covers? And you tighten the center two down about half way, then the end two and back to the center two?

106 in/lbs or around 5 ft/lbs. Really this is snug them down, then maybe another 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
