Looking to do a little general maintenance on my wife's '07 Denali. Would anyone happen to know the capacities of the Transfer Case, Front Differential and Rear Differential? Also, any recommendations as to the fluid to use? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian

I have a Tahoe Z71 4x4 which has a different transfer case and maybe diffs, but this will give you an idea.

The front and rear diffs took about 2 quarts each, and I used Mobil 1 synthetic diff fluid. The transfer case took about 3 quarts and I used the GM spec fluid (I can check the volume when I get back from travel if you want). I have read that the TC and transmission are "happier" on the OEM stuff.

Thanks Zed. No worries on the exact amount. I was going to change out the diffs and tc on my diesel as well and just needed to know if a case would do it between the two cars. I'm going with Mobil 1 as well in the diffs, but still undecided about the tc. Thanks for the info!
