Ok so I installed my 3/5.5 kit about 3 weeks ago then installed some 3/4 ton keys up front a few days later to give it a rake look just a bit then drove for a while to let things settle. Only drove in town then got it aligned and started driving highway and rode fine but never drove it far. Last weekend I installed a corvette servo and had an appointment an hour outta town on Monday and after about 15 minutes of driving I started to sway side to side very bad ANDD if I didn't press the brakes it would get worse and worse. Has anyone had this problem? Also noticed front driver side axle has some wobble but would that make it sway

Check your rear sway bar links to make sure they are tight, also may want to trim the jounce stops up front.

^+1. It seems like most of my swaying issues have been because of the rear. just re check everything is bolted up tight, and nothing is hitting.

I don't really like the control arm brackets, mine fit poorly and they don't look very clean :imo:

im guessing adjustable lower control arms is the only way to stay low and use the stock mounting location?

Sorry to thread jack...

Let me know if you get this figured out. I just did the 3/5.5 drop and my buddy was asking if I want to put in his 2500 keys. After talking to Tony he talked me out of it but Id really like to know how the truck rides/looks with 3" DJM Lower Arms and 2500(purple) keys.. Also how did it align? Thanks

No worries man. Still gotta fix sway issue and tony didn't really recommend em to me either but I wanted just a hair lower so I did it. To me the front end felt softer after putting in the keys but that's just me. I like the ride more with the 3/4 keys and I have mine cranked up pretty up there

Also the alignment guy said it aligned fine. Didn't need camber bushings after all

Yea I was "this close" to putting the keys in but opted not to do em. The back settled nice but the front is still a tad high, and the stock keys are pretty much on the stops. Hopefully the alignment will fix that. If not I'll try the 3/4 ton keys. I'm probably just being OCD about the height.

All works together fine there are people with keys, arms, and spindles without any issues.
