I have the PX6 unit in my 15 suburban. It works better than expected. The only issue I have is not being able to control the small screen in the dash cluster when using their steering wheel adapter (working with tech support at the moment). Installation is straight forward, I had the 4” IO3 radio which was beyond horrible. Airplay to iPhone work’s wirelessly and you can install apps like Netflix, hbo max, etc.

I installed mine last week and everything works fine, including steering wheel controls and it also shows everything in the dash.
I ordered mine in China and there were no problems, except the rear camera does not work, there is a missing cable that plugs into the HMI.

have made a video for our German forum, unfortunately in German, but I attach it times.

Apple CarPlay, unfortunately I can not say whether it works because I do not have Iphone, but with Android it works great, However, according to the setting in the system, it should work with Apple CarPlay, since I saw it in the Connection setting.

I bought it from this dealer and paid 660 euros.

Just came across this video in a 16 Escalade. I’ve wanted to swap my radio out since day 1!

Did you end up doing this change? I just picked up a 2019 Tahoe and am considering doing it myself. I have converted my past 2011 Tahoe Police SSV to an Android radio and had excellent results. It turned a stock AM/FM only Radio into a Touch Screen Android adding all those features while still looking completely stock. I did the upgrade in 2014 and it is still running strong. It did factory reset itself about a year ago, but I simply set it back up and it has been going strong ever since. I also added one to my 2016 BMW 550i and my previous 2008 550i with zero issues as well.

It looks great, but most of the reviews have been poor. Maybe a next gen model will show better performance? For now, I’m sticking with GM parts. I’m curious about the installation, maybe I didn’t read enough, but is the bezel to make it look factory, commercially available or was that fabricated?
