Funny note about pitfalls i got everything hooked up turned it on and no sound. Turns out what i did is i ran the bass / gain whatever u call it knob to the 600/4 amp instead of the sub amp. I dont know why i guess i was just running so many things to that amp it just got in the mix. Anyway i had the knob turned all the way down so no sound. Figured it out pretty quick by but that was funny.

Just went for a half hour drive its really clean and tight. No voltage drop at all on the stock alternator

With as much time and work you put into that little project, I'm happy you're pleased with it. It looks good.

What're you doing with your spare now?
