OK... within the first week of having the 24s, i noticed some chrome discoloration around the front driver side wheel, around the lugnut area. Upon closer examination and a little touching, the chrome peeled right off, almost in a sheet. I notified Intro and they were very receptive. Said ship it back to them and they'll rechrome the wheel center, no biggie.

That was pre-holiday season, things were chaotic, so I waited until after the holidays to take care of the situation. Good thing I did. Around almost every center cap, the chrome wasn't flaking, but more or less discoloring in very small amounts. Not sure why. But, I had all 4 wheels sent back to Intro for rechroming of the wheel centers.

The customer support I have received from Intro thus far has been phenomenal. This is exactly why I keep running their products. I haven't had one issue with them that wasn't resolved in a timely manner.

Anyone interested in their 3-piece wheels, hit me up, the prices for a 3pc 22" wheel might schock you, they aren't as horrible as one would think, certainly one of the less expensive 3pc wheel setups. I know I priced out a set of 22" 3pc wheels for Serge, but they are out of his budget and I certainly cannot afford to keep Serge at my house until his wife's blood pressure goes down, so its understood.

So... that's the story! I'll have them back in about 4 weeks (my guestimate).
