What has been done to date.
Wells SU1390 Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

ACDelco 214-1105 GM Original Equipment Vapor Canister Purge Valve


ACDelco 214-1091 GM Original Equipment Vapor Canister Vent Valve

Still Pops the Code P0446

All lines look good.
Only thing I can think of now is replacing the Vapor Canister itself..
and looking at this one..

ACDelco 215-407 GM Original Equipment Vapor Canister.

Any other Ideas ????

Yes I have read about every thing there is on the P0446.. Only part left is the EVP charcoal canister ..
Every thing else has been checked and replaced..

forgot also replaced the Gas Cap.. that was the very first thing.

Yes I have read about every thing there is on the P0446.. Only part left is the EVP charcoal canister ..
Every thing else has been checked and replaced..
did you end up replacing the charcoal canister? If so did it fix it? I have the exact same problem. New vent valve new purge solenoid... Still have p0446!!!!

I have the 07 yukon slt, p0446 code. I replaced the purge valve by the alternator, I replaced my charcoal canister, and even the small valve circuit up above the spare tire including a new connector, the code can be cleared and stays away for a day or so, and then comes back. I'm at a loss and don't know what else to do, could this simply be a gas cap issue? Or am I missing something else?

Had that on my son's yukon (twice) and changed the canister by the spare tire. Took 30 minutes (including getting it on and off the lift) and fixed it for a while. For grins and giggles I took the old canisters apart. Full of dust. ****** design and shittier location.
