Very cool. Love seeing Denalis getting upgraded
The way I see it... My favorite vehicle that I ever owned was my 2004 Silverado SS (AWD 6.0L), I did a cam, magnuson radix MP112 and a bunch of other stuff, that truck was an absolute blast! This truck, the Denali is the closest thing GM currently makes (in SUV) to that setup (obviously there's the escalade, but lets face it, I'm working class till the day I die, so GMC fits the mold) - other than 4:10 gears, I have the 6.2L I want and the AWD I want... The luxury stuff is a hell of a nice bonus!

Like the door pod....jelly of the blower....love the progress!!
thanks dood! just finished wiring and installing it last night (the gauge, not the blower - waiting on parts to be delivered), here's a few daytime-ish (havent seen the sun here in michigan in a few days) photos of it...
for a couple extra bucks I purchased a polished bezel lip, and a blank (black) face from AeroForce for the gauge to match the interior better... The only thing that I am bummed about is the "green" light isnt much of a match to the GM IPC "green light"... it's almost an identical match with the green light of the "fog lights on" symbol... the only other close option would have been their "blue" and that would be kind of a match with the DIC lighting... meh, it's petty and dumb, I know... I will say though, that moving the gauge to the corner and giving it some space from the IPC makes it much less noticeable of a difference than when it was on top of the steering column shell... so that's cool...

Had some not so freezing weather tonight, and even more rare, some free time... so I went ahead and threw in the fresh plugs and snapped in the new wires... pretty bummed ONLY because all conditions were perfect for me to have installed the entire blower setup if only the parts were here! My luck when the stuff finally lands on my porch i'll be on duty for 48 hours and come home to freezing rain and a sick wife and kid, bah! Ah well... I gotta say, these are hands down my favorite looking wires... very clean, stout, serious and "to-the-point"... she seems to fire up noticeably quicker/easier... and no misfires! Onward and upward! (and YES that is one of those cheap and cheesy carbon fiber battery top plates... I couldn't stand bright ass yellow illuminating from the Optima, so that was the least invasive solution)

Love the door pod. That blower is gonna be awesome!
Thanks man! I really appreciate it! I'd by lying if I said I wasn't nervous... always weary about used parts, even more so with this being my daily driver, and the blower being such a significant component of the vehicle... no matter how much I know all the bases I've covered, I still worry.. hopefully this is one of those "with great risk, comes great reward" situations...
I had incredible results with the Magnuson on my 04' Silverado SS... and truthfully a large portion of the problems and issues I came across were clearly due to me straight up abusing the hell out of the truck when it was blown... I beat that thing like it owed me money, but I was quite younger then, did a ton of racing, both street and strip and almost never let off the pedal... fingers crossed for a smooth install, and reliability intact...

Just out of curiosity and anxiousness... and who'm I kidding, obsession... I nabbed up this little guy off eBay the other day (hasn't arrived yet, this is just the stock photo off the auction). Its about 4.5" long and maybe 1.5" tall... only picked up one, was thinking either under the hood somewhere, or possibly replacing the "GMC" emblem on the lower right side of the lift-gate with it... kinda feel like it's more-so intended for a vehicle that has had an LSX swap... so I'm not too sure if it will end up there yet, I guess I'll see when it gets here... Your thoughts?
