Theottle makes steering pump stronger...

Replaced my power steering pump awhile back and its been working for 6 months or so. Now it like to give up on me in parking lots and low rpm places. Never on the highway. But i noticed if i blip the throttle while parking itll give it a boost. Is this something in the pump? I bought a cheaper pump. Do i need to buy a expensive one? Lol

the pump output pressure should be tested to ensure it and it internal valve operate correctly.
