Right now I have my borla muffler going through the stock piping and out the right rear. It's almost too quiet at idle. How much louder do you guys think it would make it if I dumped it after the muffler? I'd figure it out through trial and error but I don't like messing with those lap clamps, especially if it's not going to make much difference.

It will be 20 times louder and 100 times more annoying! Trust me unless you like your truck shaking obnoxiously at any RPM you don't want to dump it! At least not 90 degrees.

When i bought my hoe it was dumped 90 degrees, nice and loud but vibrated EVERYTHING in the truck. Since changing the exhaust i now have it hanging near the rear and barely dumped 30-40 degrees and it sounds awesome. It does still shake stuff every once in awhile but i don't think it would if it hadn't've have that crappy 90 degree dump in the first place.

Are you at stock height or lowered/lifted?
